Real-time data visualization of welding robot data and preparation for future of digital twin system

The application of industrial technologies is undergoing significant changes. Finding the level at which to use efficient cyberphysical systems is perhaps one of the most important technical preparatory tasks in implementing digital manufacturing. Welding technology systems are investigated, and a framework for capturing the data sets required for data-driven manufacturing is developed. To make full autonomy in a manufacturing environment meaningful, formerly isolated groups of equipment need to be organized into a production information system. In our research, a test system is created that can implement a digital virtual interface and achieve new levels of efficiency with a future digital twin system. In the discourse of the study, the technological parameters of welding test pieces were investigated, namely the available measurement data sets of current, and voltage data. In the summary section, most of the tasks and research directions are presented, which can be envisaged as a continuation of the present study. Our study will be followed by further research, already testing a complete digital twin system, thus reaching another milestone on the way to autonomous manufacturing.

Against the background of these problems, a production information system was proposed to be able to store and display data. production so that it is expected to help companies to be able to facilitate access to production data. To make it easier for companies to make decisions about production data in this journal, a production recommendation method will also be discussed using the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) which is expected to provide input in the form of production suggestions for the next month.

Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Edukasi Hutan Obat Mbambingan Gunung Kelud Kabupaten Kediri

This study aims to analyze internal and external factors and formulate alternative development strategies that are appropriate for Mbambingan Mount Kelud Drug Education Tourism. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. The sample in this study were 30 tourist visitors (accidental sampling) and 5 tourism management people (purposive sampling). Data analysis used is SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Mbambingan Mountain Kelud Drug Education Tourism Forest has 5 main focuses of the program namely education, conservation, herbal preservation, community empowerment, and improvement of public health. Internal factors include human resources, marketing, production, finance, research and development and information systems with a total IFE score of 4.19. External factors include the economy, society, technology, competitors and disasters with a total EFE score of 4.36. the most preferred alternative strategy with the highest TAS value of 6.652, namely Cooperation between government agencies and similar companies in tourism-promoting activities, then in second place with a value of 6.554, which is more developing natural potential and managerial human resources, and in third place with value amounting to 6,208 namely by performing maintenance and repairing infrastructure to achieve satisfaction in service.

Instant Noodle Production Information System Using The Method Supply Chain Management To Overcome Targets Not Achieved

Improvement This research aims to analyze and implement an instant noodle production information system using the Supply Chain Management (SCM) method to overcome the inability to achieve predetermined production targets. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the entire supply chain in the production of instant noodles, which includes raw material suppliers, production processes, distribution and sales. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were instant noodle company employees. The results showed that the application of a production information system using the SCM method could help companies increase the efficiency of instant noodle production. With an integrated information system, companies can gain better visibility on consumer demand, raw material inventory, and production status. This allows companies to carry out more accurate production planning, accelerate production cycle times, and optimize resource use

Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes’ legislation violations - observational study in 31 European countries, 2005–2022

BackgroundEuropean Union (EU) law regulates the manufacture, presentation, and sale of tobacco and related products in all member states. This study examined whether legislation non-compliant tobacco products and electronic cigarettes were available for sale in the European market. MethodsWe queried the EU Rapid Information System for dangerous non-food products, covering 28 current and former EU member states and 3 associated countries, also known as Rapex, for non-compliant tobacco and related products reported between 2005 and 2022. FindingsDuring the operation of the Rapex system, 183 violations were reported (six on tobacco, three on traditional cigarettes, and 174 on e-cigarettes). Insufficient product safety information was found in 86% of the reports on e-cigarettes and 74% of the refills. Violations regarding the volume of the liquid container were observed in 26% of the e-cigarette reports and 20% of the refill reports. Approximately 15% of the reported e-cigarettes and 17% of refill liquids exceeded permissible nicotine levels. More serious standard violations were recorded for refills than for e-cigarettes. Approximately one-third of Rapex system countries submitted no notifications. InterpretationE-cigarettes were the most frequently reported items in the European market of tobacco and non-tobacco nicotine products. The most common concerns were inadequate product safety information, incorrect liquid container volume, and excessive nicotine concentration. Identifying the most recognized legal infringements did not require laboratory tests and was based only on packaging and the manufacturer's declaration analysis. Further studies are necessary to corroborate whether products available in countries where no violations have been reported meet EU safety standards.

Web-Oriented Information and Reference Service for Design Production

The purpose of research is to develop a project of a web-based information and reference system for design production, which allows to eliminate the contradiction between the requirement to increase output using new components and materials based on import substitution and increase the efficiency of design production based on reducing the time spent searching for reference information, as well as to organize the work of the company's developers in the form of a "virtual department".Methods. When creating a project development and software implementation of a web-oriented information and reference service of design production, methods of system analysis, methods of designing software for information systems, PHP, HTML, CSS, Lareval 9.2 framework were used; when designing the interface, a library for a slider - SticSlider was used.Results. During the implementation of the project, the software of the web-oriented information and reference service of the design production was developed and implemented. The project has been implemented, tested and implemented in the activities of the design department of electric machines (COEM), which is one of the leading structural divisions of JSC "Elektroagre-gat". The test results showed that the software system fully meets the functional requirements and is ready for use. The relevance of the research is due to insufficient information support for design work, which is characterized by the use of a large volume of reference and regulatory information, which creates difficulties for developers and requires significant time to search for reference information about the nomenclature, components, characteristics of products and materials, standards and planned activities, development tasks, etc.Conclusion. The web-oriented information and reference service allows you to aggregate the construction site, reduce the time spent on access to information resources. Provides an opportunity to organize remote work of employees to provide full access to corporate information, to control the design process, the execution of tasks and the management of design and technological work, regardless of the number of performers, to document the work performed. 

Sistem Informasi Produksi Komuditas Sawit Pada PT. Dharmasraya Palma Sejahtera

Production information system at PT. Dharmasraya Palma Sejahtera is still manually using paper and inputted into Microsoft Word and Excel, so there are problems in recording and reporting. Difficulties in the process of making reports and reporting will increase because the storage media is only in the form of archived document files. Based on the existing problems, a production information system design is needed that can help solve the problem. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design an information system for palm oil commodity production by applying the SCRUM framework. The method used in this research is the SCRUM framework which consists of 3 stages, namely (1) Product Backlog, (2) Sprint Backlog, (3) Product Complete. This study uses modeling tools in the form of Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are a prototype of an information system for the production of palm oil commodities with a design using the SCRUM framework.

In order to introduce schools to the community, the existence of schools is very important. School data is the identity of the school which contains a brief history of the school and its progress so far through the school profile. Making school data will be one of the school's strategies to reach and attract new students every year. Where information can be accessed online and open within certain limits by the public by utilizing information and communication technology. The website of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office in terms of presenting information and news is not updated which displays the main titles or headlines in 2015, 2016 and 2019. This study uses the Alessi and Trollip development model which includes three important stages, namely planning , design (design), and development (development). This research succeeded in knowing the validity of school data information on the website of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the research and discussion have been carried out that have been tested for validity after being tested through 2 aspects, namely aspects of media assessment and material assessment that the website product development and information system developed by the South Sumatra Province Education Office are very valid

Construction of Sustainable Digital Factory for Automated Warehouse Based on Integration of ERP and WMS

The integration and application of a warehouse system and manufacturing system has become a manufacturing problem for enterprises. The main reason is that the information control system based on automation and stereo warehouse is inconsistent with the production and management information system of the enterprise in terms of business, data, functions, etc. Based on this, this paper studies the implementation of an automated warehouse based on the integration of ERP (enterprise resource planning) and WMS (warehouse management system) with the method and technology of the intermediate table. Moreover, MES (manufacturing execution system) is the brain and the core part of a sustainable digital factory. The enterprise adopts advanced intelligent and information technology to build and deploy the MES, realize fine management and agile production, and meet the personalized needs of the market. Therefore, this paper studies the implementation path and effect based on MES from an industrial realization to construct a sustainable digital factory. The research results of this paper can improve industrial efficiency and reduce costs for enterprises in storage capacity, handling capacity, response rate, rate of error, number of operators, etc.

The whole-of-society approach of mass COVID-19 vaccination in China: a qualitative study

BackgroundMany countries have an inefficient vaccination system, which hinders global exit from the COVID-19 pandemic. It is vital to summarize COVID-19 vaccination practices in countries with high vaccination coverage and provide implications for other countries. This study aimed to investigate China’s COVID-19 vaccination system and to summarize its implementation experience from a health system perspective.MethodsWe conducted key informant interviews in five representative cities of China in late 2021. Guided by the health systems framework proposed by WHO, we developed our interview guidelines which included seven building blocks—leadership and governance, health workforce, vaccination service delivery, vaccination mobilization and communication, financing, access to vaccines, and information systems. Semi-structured interviews and COVID-19 vaccination policy documents were collected and coded using a thematic analysis approach.ResultsA total of 61 participants (nine vaccination programme directors of the local Center for Disease Control and Prevention, four government staff and 48 vaccination service workers) were interviewed. We found that China adopted a whole-of-society approach with adequate government engagement and linked health and non-health sectors to promote COVID-19 vaccination. Key measures included the collaboration of multiple systems and departments from a governance perspective, allocating sufficient health workers and resources, large-scale vaccination mobilization and communication, expansion of vaccine financing channels, localized production and digital information systems. With the vaccination system strengthening, the two-doses vaccination coverage reached 89.5% for the total population but relatively lower coverage for older adults as of July 2022.ConclusionsOur study highlights the importance of a government-led whole-of-society approach to promote mass vaccination. The low vaccination coverage among older adults should be paid the greatest attention to. The experiences and lessons from China may serve as a reference for other countries.

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI IKLAN BERBASIS WEB

Production Managemen System at Radio Rhema Media Jaya Perkasa Company still takes a long time  and executes manually. The manual production system  consists of the use of paper forms, uncentralized data, and direct interactions within divisions, all of which directly affects the commercial productions. In the old system, time needed for a commercial production starting from gathering the materials until the commercial is ready to be broadcasted is approximately 5 days. The method used in this research is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) but the last step is excluded. The result of the research is a Management Production Information System Web – based which facilitates marketing, financing/administation, production, and broadcasting divisions in Radio Rhema Media Jaya Perkasa Company to manage commercial productions including getting commercial orders, obtaining sales orders, broadcasting scheduling, as well as issuing reports on commercial production in a faster and more convinient manner.

OBJETO DE APRENDIZAGEM PARA O ENSINO DE ALGORITMOS PARA SOLUÇÃO DO PROBLEMA DE CAMINHO MÍNIMO

This paper proposes a web-based computational tool (accessible on the internet) to help students understand how work algorithms to solve the shortest path problem (SPP), which are commonly taught in undergraduate courses such as Production Engineering, Computer Science and Information Systems. The proposed tool has an interactive graphical interface, which uses resources from the JUNG library (Java Universal Network/Graph), and allows the student to represent and solve the investigated problem, in addition to develop their understanding of the available algorithms (Dijkstra, A* and Greedy Search).

Application of elements of the information and analytical system of crop management to ensure resource-saving production of flax seeds in the Tver region

Relevance. The concept of precision agriculture call for the use of physical and mathematical, technical and software tools for obtaining and processing information about agroecosystems, as well as for the implementation of agricultural practices directly in the field. To date, there are quite a few software products that can control the production of crops, in particular, the management of differentiated fertilization and compliance with elements of cultivation technology. The purpose of our research conducted over two years was to develop and test in real field conditions algorithms for the functioning of the module of the information and analytical system of crop management for specialized crop rotations involving flax.Methods. The objects of research were the elements of the information and analytical management system for resource-saving production of crop production "Vash urozhaj" (IASUR) and flax-long-lived variety Tonus (selection of the FSBI FNC LC). The experiment used an electronic field map in kml file format containing the coordinates of points, quantitative characteristics of indicators of the content of nutrients and chemical elements in elementary areas within the surveyed spatial object, a technological map of the cultivation of flax, developed specifically for this variety, task maps for the application of solid and liquid fertilizers in .csv file format.Results. Developed and formed in the information and analytical system "Vash urozhaj" electronic technological map of the cultivation of flax-long-legged variety Tonus, containing a list of technological operations, timing and quality characteristics of their implementation, including a possible set of machinery and equipment. The possibility has been tested and the effectiveness of the module for obtaining climatically secured flax yield has been determined — the planned estimated yield for this flax variety at the pilot site is 4.3 c/ha. When cultivated according to the technology adopted in the Federal Scientific Center of Bast Cultures, introduced into the agroplatform, a yield of 4.0 c/ha was obtained. The yield deviation by 6.98% relative to the calculated one is due to the weather features of the growing season of 2021.

Management and communication of HVAC-specific life cycle-related information - filling the gaps for sustainability assessment of buildings

Assessing the contribution of buildings to sustainable development is no longer just a matter of scientific investigation. Increasingly, such considerations are becoming a prerequisite for the award of subsidies or the fulfillment of legal requirements. One aspect is the evaluation of the environmental performance, based on a life cycle assessment of the complete building in its life cycle. This requires corresponding data on all installed products (materials, components, systems) on a consistent methodological basis and suitable communication forms. To that, information is required on technical characteristics and the life cycle assessment results of construction products. Thereby the following problems are occurring: (1) there are not enough environmental product declarations according to EN 15804 A2 available in the field of building services systems (e.g. HVAC) and (2) the data contained in EPDs do not fully cover the information needs of designers and decision-makers. This complicates the work of involved actors and endangers the competitiveness of product suppliers. In response, a proposal for a product information system for building services is presented. It is adapted to the specifics of HVAC systems and the information needs of related actors. The background is the situation in Germany, but results can be transferred to other countries / markets.

Implementation of technical supervision of the public blood management agencies of Federal District and its effects on hemovigilance activities

Objective: To analyze the impact of the implementation of technical supervision in the Transfusion Agencies (TAs) of the public blood network hospitals of Federal District (DF) on hemovigilance activities, from 2009 to 2019. Methods: Retrospective descriptive cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. Two secondary databases were used: one with information on Transfusion Reactions (TRs) registered in the System of Notifications in Health Surveillance (Notivisa) and another with information on the number of transfusions performed, reported in the Hemotherapy Production Information System (Hemoprod). The information from each TA was separated into two periods: “without a supervisor” and “with a supervisor”. Results: 1,096 TRs were reported and 574,708 transfusions were performed. Considering only confirmed, probable and possible TRs, the number of TRs increased to 981, of which 85.43% were immediate, Allergic (37.92%) and Febrile non-hemolytic reaction (33.74%). More than 80% were mild, however, 2 deaths were attributed to transfusion (0.21%). They occurred predominantly in women (56.27%) and between 25 and 35 years (16.50%). The Transfusion Outpatient (22.43%) was the hospital sector with the highest occurrence of TRs, with Concentrated Red Blood Cells being the blood component most involved in these records (68.40%). In the “no supervisor” period, the notification rate was 0.220 and the underreporting was 92.666%, using the French parameter for comparison (3 TRs/1,000 transfusions). In the “with supervisor” period, the notification rate was 2.297 and the underreporting was 23.417%, showing that the inclusion of supervisors had an impact on the hemovigilance scenario in the TAs of the hospitals in the public blood network of the DF, reducing underreporting by 74.78%.

Digital tools as part of a robotic system for adaptive manipulation and welding of objects

<span>The aim of this article is to describe the design and verification of digital tools usable for sharing information within a team of workers and machines that manage and execute production carried out by a robotic system. The basic method is to define the structure of the digital tool and data flows necessary to enable an exchange of data needed to perform robotic manipulation and robotic welding of variable products minimizing at the same time strenuous human activity. The proposed structure of data interconnects a set of intelligent sensors with control of 18 degrees of freedom of 3 robotic manipulators, a welding device, and a production information system. Part of the work was also to verify the functionality of the proposed structure of the digital tools. In the first phase, simulations using a digital twin prototype of the workplace for robotic manipulation and robotic welding were performed to verify the functionality the digital tools. Subsequently, a digital tool was tested in the environment of a real prototype workplace for robotic manipulation and robotic welding. Simulation results and data obtained from the prototype tests proved the functionality of the digital tool inclusive of the production information system.</span>

배전반 불량 검사공정의 재설계와 생산정보시스템 구축에 관한 사례연구

Purpose: If material or product defects occur, additional products must be reproduced to the extent of the number of products carrying the defects. The reproduction of additional products requires re-establishing material inventory and understanding product requirements. This study introduces realistic material requirement planning and production delay minimization methods by considering the occurrence of defects.BRMethods: The study presents a reengineering method for quality control, process control, and production tracking and proposes traceability management processes to minimize material requirement planning and production delays. We proposed an improved work process that enables real-time information sharing between the production, material, and quality control departments to reduce production delays and enhance work efficiency.BRResults: This study devised a production information system applying reengineering. The developed system was applied to H company’s switchboard production to increase production efficiency.BRConclusion: As a result of applying the production information system, reflecting the improved work process to share standardized information for the switchboard production system of H company, information that was not previously shared in an integrated manner was shared, thereby accelerating business decision-making. In addition, based on the occurrence of defects, reproduction and inventory management were automatically updated, enabling accurate production management.

This study aims to analyze in particular the effect of product prices, Customer Relationships, and Information Systems on marketing performance at Culinary MSMEs in Kuningan City. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. as many as 105 Culinary MSME actors were taken as samples using non-random sampling with the type of census. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 22 software. The results showed that product perceptions and information systems had an effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer relationship has no effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on marketing performance. To improve the marketing performance of MSMEs in the New Normal period, the most important factor is that MSMEs must be able to increase customer satisfaction and attract new customers to become customers by implementing good customer relationships, setting competitive prices and utilizing information systems in managing their business
